Our Policies

POLICIES

  • Payment is expected at time of order placed.  If you select "Payment on Delivery", we will need a deposit first, which can be sent by check, money order, or calling in your Credit Card Information.  The balance would then be due on delivery.  
  • For all other payment options, you will need to pay the full amount.  We will contact you to confirm your order and give you an idea of when it will be complete.  Orders generally take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.  
  • CHECK RETURN POLICY: If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, we require payment immediately for the full amount plus a $30 check return fee.  Payment can be made by credit card or a new check.  
  • REFUND/RETURN POLICY: We will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on our small stock items.  Simply contact us and we will make arrangements for the item to be returned.  FOR FURNITURE MADE TO ORDER, orders are final, but we will work with you (within reason) to make things right.   Buyer is responsible for costs incurred in returning any merchandise.  The merchandise may be returned to any of our shows, to our shop in Gainesville, or shipped back to us.  After 30 days items may be returned for credit.
  • SHIPPING POLICY: We ship via Federal Express.  For large and heavy items, they will be shipped via Fed Ex freight.  We will send you a shipping quote prior to shipping your merchandise for you to approve.  You are under no obligation to purchase until you receive and approve the shipping quote.  WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.
  • DELIVERY POLICY: We will deliver within a 50 mile radius of Gainesville, GA for $100.  That includes much of Atlanta and the north metro area.  We will also deliver within a 50 mile radius of any show if delivery occurs during it.  Check out our Show Schedule to find one close to you.
